Job Description: About the role: The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to coordinate high level project needs including basic scheduling, status reporting, financial and risk tracking. This role is responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are submitted within deadlines while maintaining strong working relationships with project teams, process owners, and shared service members to improve overall project performance and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage coordination amongst project team members to ensure proper coordination between different departments and timely submission of deliverables. Conduct regular planning and status meetings with project teams as needed to track progress and identify challenges. Effectively utilize and leverage IT PMO practices, procedures, and supporting tools for multiple projects concurrently.
