IT ENGINEER Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam - Job description - Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues. - Maintain documentation and coordinate trainings. - Maintain and resolve problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity. - In charge of helpdesk work and help office users resolve IT related productivity issues. - Manage IT hardware assets and maintain the inventory information and work with related team on IT assets audit. - Other tasks assigned from IT Manager/Office Manager.
