HR Business Partner The Hague, Netherlands HR Business Partner Location: The Hague About the position: We are looking for a highly business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growth across the BeNeNord region. This role will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, helping scale a high-growth, sales-led SaaS organization. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to translate business objectives into an effective people strategy-driving performance, engagement, and retention. This is not a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who understands how people strategy directly impacts revenue growth, productivity, and organizational scale. Scope & Impact • Primary HR partner for the BeNeNord region (Sales, Channel, Customer Success) • Trusted advisor to regional leadership (VPs, Directors, Managers) • Direct impact on organizational effectiveness, performance, and retention of top talent • Part of the Global People Team, contributing to broader regional and global initiatives Key responsibilities: · Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, aligning people strategy with business growth objectives · Translate business priorities into actionable people plans that improve productivity, engagement, and retention · Partner with leaders to optimize our human capital via engagement, organizational efficiency, employee relations, change management, learning and development and performance management efforts · Serve as the day-to-day People Partner for the region(s) and build meaningful relationships with those at all levels of the business · Lead workforce planning and organizational design, ensuring the right structure and headcount to support growth · Use people analytics to
