We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Director of Investor Relations (IR) to join our Finance team, based in Singapore. Position Overview The Director of Investor Relations will collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations to execute AvePoint's investor relations strategy, serving as a key liaison between the company, its shareholders, the broader investment community, and financial media. With a specific focus on Asia-based investors and equity analysts, this individual will ensure consistent, transparent, and effective communication of AvePoint's financial performance, strategy, and long-term vision to this critical audience. This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and corporate strategy, coupled with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
