We're searching for a Staff Hardware System Validation Engineer . The team is responsible for the end-to-end validation of Autonomous Hardware that includes PCBA, modules and Integrated systems from early-stage design and bring-up to sustaining engineering and resolving field issues. In this role, you will - Define, develop and execute Test methodologies for verification and validation of autonomous hardware systems and components. - Collaborate with and influence key cross-functional partners, including Hardware Systems, Safety, Test organizations, Firmware and Electrical Engineering. - Perform requirements analysis, architecture studies and system characterization to derive clear performance metrics. - Drive cross-functional reviews and achieve consensus on key design validation decisions. - Drive sustaining engineering efforts, including root cause and corrective action (RCCA) for issues found in the field. -
