We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Mapping Operations team. This role will partner closely with Program Management, Operations, and Engineering teams to enable better data-driven decision-making across workflows and systems. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will identify trends, measure operational and system performance, and provide recommendations that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. In this role, you will: - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities - Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into operational health and system performance - Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and domain owners - Partner with domain owners to evaluate impact of process
