We're searching for a Senior Accountant II to join the Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will - Take ownership of complex accounting processes timely, accurately, and efficiently, including the recording of journal entries and preparation of account reconciliations. - Perform first-level reviews of journal entries and account reconciliations for lower-risk areas prepared by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and proper GAAP adherence - Assist with the analysis of financial statements and variance analysis for month-end close. - Support quarterly reviews and annual audits, serving as a point of contact for external auditors. - Perform key SOX controls, maintain process documentation, and identify opportunities for risk mitigation. - Spearhead process improvement and automation initiatives, evaluating and implementing AI solutions to scale financial operations alongside the organization's rapid growth
