We're searching for an Engineering Technician . In this role, you will - Work as a R&D Technician building Aurora's self-driving technology - this Includes harness fabrication from scratch, often from lucid charts, excel files, and engineering drawings. - Candidates must possess excellent documentation practices. - Work closely with Hardware Engineering and associated teams. - Follow safety standards and meet internal deadlines. - Work with limited oversight. - Seek continuing education and development opportunities. Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of direct experience in harness fabrication using 1:1 form boards and various tooling in R&D and prototype spaces - Strong electrical skills, ability to read wiring schematics and layouts, redline drawings, and communicate with EDS design engineers - Strong background in electrical wiring & harness fabrication from scratch. -
