As a Field Engineer, you will be the face of Augury in the field, traveling extensively primarily across the United States, but also globally, to install, implement, and support our solutions. This role requires a unique blend of mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and customer-facing professionalism. You will ensure our hardware and services are deployed correctly, operate reliably, and deliver measurable value to customers. This position is based in Chicago, IL, or Houston/Dallas, TX and requires residence within one hour of a major airport. A Day in Your Life Travel 80-90% of the time to support customer sites Install and implement Augury's hardware and services in industrial environments Partner with customers (external and internal) to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction Manage administrative responsibilities, including service reports, customer action lists, inventory returns, and asset tracking Collaborate with Reliability Systems Managers to optimize product performance and customer outcomes Conduct site surveys, customer training sessions, and
