The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time, in-office fellowship for second/final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start working and learning before their first full-time role. As a fellow, you'll be aligned to a home function - Guest Delight, Fulfilment, or Sales - based on your strengths and business needs. At the same time, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, giving you a holistic understanding of how different parts of the business come together to deliver a seamless travel experience.
