Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a Thermal Blanket Fabrication Technician to join our team in supporting the production of high-performance satellites. This role involves the precise fabrication, assembly, and installation of thermal insulation blankets. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and experience working with specialized materials in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Fabricate custom thermal blankets based on engineering drawings, patterns, and technical specifications - Measure, cut, sew, and assemble thermal insulation materials such as reflective films and foils - Operate industrial sewing machines, hot knives, and other fabrication tools safely and accurately - Apply binding, Velcro, snaps, and other fasteners to thermal blankets as required - Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, proper fit, and compliance with specifications - Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics - Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve fabrication issues or suggest improvements - Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols - Track materials used and maintain documentation for traceability - May
