Position Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-impact recruiting efforts within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and talent operations while working directly with experienced recruiters and hiring leaders. The intern will play a key role in building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting critical hiring initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This is an opportunity to learn recruiting in a real-world, high-growth setting where speed, quality, and candidate experience matter.
