Quality Supervisor Shift 2 (Mon-Thurs Nights) Midland, Texas, United States AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality operations supporting the production of advanced telecommunications satellite systems. This role is responsible for ensuring product integrity across all phases of manufacturing by driving compliance, overseeing inspections, and leading a high-performing quality team. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This position is assigned to Shift 2-Nights: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m. (4x10s). Depending on business needs, this role may also have opportunities on: - Shift 1- Days: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (4x10s). - Shift 3- Weekends: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (3x12s). Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise quality operations, including inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards - Oversee daily activities of quality personnel, ensuring products meet performance, schedule, and cost objectives - Maintain compliance within assigned areas, ensuring adherence to internal processes, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems - Conduct employee training
