Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a Micron Solar Panel Production Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role focuses on the production and assembly of solar panels using specialized micro-welding and busbar techniques. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with fine assembly work, and brings a collaborative, flexible approach to production. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble and integrate solar panel kits, including busbars and component connections. - Operate precision micro-welding and pulse welding equipment to join small components. - Inspect and test solar panel assemblies for electrical connectivity and quality standards. - Follow standard work instructions and maintain high-quality documentation. - Collaborate with engineers, production leads, and quality teams to troubleshoot assembly issues. - Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. This position is assigned to Shift 3- Weekends: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (3x12s). Qualifications Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or college coursework in engineering, electronics, or related fields preferred.
