This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX . Position Overview AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Custodian responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces are clean, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements. This role supports Full-time, Shift Openings as follows: Base Pay is $20.00 an hour - Friday-Sunday , 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (3x12s). + plus 25% shift differential (4 openings) 4 th Shift What you'll do: - Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break areas - Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in production and office areas, according to custodial SOP - Remove trash and recycling; dispose of waste according to facility procedures - Clean machinery exteriors, work surfaces, and equipment (as permitted) - Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper - Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs - Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and PPE
