We're looking for a Process Operative to join our friendly and ambitious team. As part of the ABF group, we have big plans for the next five years, you'll play a key role in shaping our future. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking work as part of a team responsible for the blending and baking of raw materials, to safety and quality standards. The Process Operative working pattern would require full flexibility across the week as it is worked on a 4 on 4 of rotation. For example, one week you would work Monday to Thursday, then the following week would be Tuesday to Friday. This will be day shift only, working 6pm to 6am . Key Accountabilities Our Shift Leader is looking for a team member to... Lead boldly - Proactively engage in training, proactively seek training and support to develop and improve skills level. Stay curious - Ensure all quality, quality documentation and hygiene procedures are followed, and identify potential improvement areas. Do the right thing together - Ensure all Health & Safety documentation and policies are followed and completed and use the systems
