This role will be key in supporting our Supply Team in meeting this vision. The Role We are looking for a FLT Outloader Operator to join our team at The Silver Spoon Company in Stortford. This role is key to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the warehouse, yard, and wider site. You will be responsible for following all operational, health and safety, environmental, and food safety procedures. Your duties will include recording operational data accurately, identifying and resolving basic issues, and escalating concerns to your manager when needed. You'll support audits by demonstrating safe handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Flexibility is important, as you'll be expected to cover yard activities during breaks and work additional hours to meet customer and operational demands.
