About this role
Senior Product Manager, Payment Platform Vancouver, BC We're looking for a technical and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our Payment Platform team and accelerate how we safely and rapidly evolve monetization at Asana. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for our core monetization infrastructure, turning complex billing, packaging, and pricing capabilities into a flexible, resilient platform that other engineers can easily build on. You will join a highly collaborative team focused on minimizing time-to-value, eliminating custom one-off solutions, and powering revenue-critical operational workflows across the company. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you'll achieve - Own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for a meaningful scope within Asana's monetization platform, making explicit prioritization tradeoffs to maximize customer value and business impact. - Shift our capabilities from siloed, long-cycle features into reusable, self-service components, patterns, and APIs that enable faster, cheaper internal innovation. - Ensure our billing administration, product catalogue, and incentive workflows are highly reliable, scalable, and technically robust to meet evolving business demands. - Partner closely with Product Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, and Data teams to streamline revenue-critical operational workflows and unblock
