PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Operations Coordinator will provide a broad range of administrative and operational support for the Center on Extremism and the Center on Technology and Society. Responsibilities Primary: Manage calendars and scheduling for team leadership, including coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with the preparation of budget and routing of contracts and agreements; track deadlines and ensure follow-through on signatures and renewals. Support the submission and tracking of invoices and payment requests; liaise with internal finance and procurement contacts as needed. Track and assist with all operations work related to the Center on Extremism and Center on Technology and Society. Maintain organized records for team documentation. Assist with database maintenance.
