As part of its growth, Arrow ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Inside Sales Manager with German. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on renewals, upsell, and churn prevention. Drive daily and weekly execution through huddles, performance tracking, and structured follow-up on renewal opportunities. Coach team members, provide ongoing feedback, and manage escalations to ensure target achievement. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer excellence while maintaining strong team morale. Ensure consistent execution of the renewal process starting 120 days prior to contract expiration. Monitor pipeline health, renewal timelines, outreach cadence, and KPI performance (renewal rate, churn, pipeline coverage). Identify risks or gaps and escalate appropriately to the senior Inside Sales Manager. Conduct regular performance reviews and contribute to individual development plans. Ensure CRM accuracy, adherence to sales processes, and proper opportunity tracking. Share insights, trends, and field feedback with management. Train and onboard new hires on tools, processes, and messaging. Reinforce playbooks, renewal sequences, and partner engagement frameworks. Support the execution
