Executive Assistant to Region/Business Unit President SG-Singapore (Tai Seng) Position: Executive Assistant to Region/Business Unit President Job Description: What You'll Be Doing Provides day-to-day administrative support to Business Unit President, including sales operations, and project-related matters. Arranges meetings and conferences, coordinates, and prepares meeting materials, and distributes minutes of meetings. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements. Facilitate agenda alignment among Regional VPs in India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, and Japan. Coordinate agendas with Senior Executive Committee staff members in Denver, USA. Strategize and execute Staff Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Townhalls. Manage key initiatives through effective project management. Assist in the finalization of Power Point Presentations. Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memoranda, presentation materials and reports. Answers and screens telephone calls, takes messages, provides information, or redirects calls as appropriate. Receives and directs visitors. Maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation. Maintain confidentiality of all information. What We Are Looking For Possess Diploma/Degree in any field, with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant to Senior Management in US MNC and/or other MNC setting. Good communication skills, multilingual in English and Mandarin (both spoken & written) to support communication and correspondences throughout APAC region. Good people and interpersonal skills, capability to deal with stakeholders from different levels. Organized, with ability to work independently and good time management to perform diversified confidential duties and to meet deadlines. Experience in project management required.
