Oracle Apps Technical Analyst IN-KA-Bangalore, India (SKAV Seethalakshmi) GESC Position: Oracle Apps Technical Analyst Job Description: What You'll Be Doing Provide end-to-end technical support and development for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), handling both production support activities and new enhancement requests in parallel. Participate effectively in global Agile teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Perform hands-on development and support across Oracle EBS technologies including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization's, Migrations, and Custom PLLs. Utilize strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), including ODI mappings, data modeling, load plans, automation, error handling, and migration of ODI objects. Manage and maintain ODI Master and Work repositories. Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts to support integration and automation requirements. Design and develop custom ADF applications as per business needs. Monitor production environments, manage support queues, track and update tickets as per SLA guidelines, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as: Concurrent program failures Performance bottlenecks Long-running processes Standard API failures and integration issues Analyze functional design documents and translate them into detailed technical design specifications. Develop scalable, high-performance technical solutions adhering to best practices and Oracle architecture standards. Follow SDLC processes, quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver within committed timelines. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed and timely technical decisions. Demonstrate Oracle Applications architecture-level understanding and provide technical guidance where required.
