WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Produce 2-4 videos per week, independently, about the main use-cases in BR at the moment (e.g. Travel, Wealth, Remote Work, new products). - Idea + script: generate the idea and script of the video. - Production: produce the content independently with very high quality, dopaminic and that looks organic (not like an ad). - Editing: handle all the editing of the video/assets delivered. - Stay on top of social media trends that can be used to generate new ideas / videos. - Deliver premium-quality visuals - ideally from a filmmaker or creator background. - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative pieces. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Proven experience creating video content (e.g. Content creator, Filmmaker, etc). - A portfolio showcasing organic or branded content with high production value. - Creativity, agility, and ability to produce independently. - Understanding of Brazilian digital culture (trends, humor, language, etc.). - Pre-production: very strong creating new ideas and scripts.
