Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors Production Supervisor Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of production and fabrication operations. This role ensures customer orders are completed efficiently while driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team engagement. What You'll Be Doing Production & Operations Management Oversee daily operations of Fabrication and Salvage areas, ensuring execution of production goals. Manage completion of customer orders from both production and inventory. Utilize finished and semi-finished inventory to optimize order fulfillment and cost efficiency. Manage salvage materials by determining reuse, rework, or scrap strategies. Partner with Production Planning to ensure on-time delivery, including accommodating rush orders. Adapt quickly to schedule changes and direct team priorities accordingly. Collaborate with Purchasing on scheduling, inventory, and production decisions. Maintain product reporting systems for cost control and inventory accuracy. Recommend warehousing and storage methods to minimize damage and improve efficiency.
