We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses - whether online, in-person, or both. With Arketa, studios can manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, run automated marketing, and launch fully branded apps and websites. We make it simple for founders to deliver a seamless, professional experience across every customer touchpoint. We've raised $15M in Series A funding and are growing quickly. It's a unique moment to join us - we're building a category-defining company in a fast-moving space, and we're looking for teammates who are excited to help shape the future of wellness. The Role: As VP of Finance, you will partner directly with the CEO/co-founder and CTO/co-founder to drive financial strategy, ensure analytical rigor across the company, and help guide Arketa through its next phase of scale. You will sit the intersection of product, growth, and capital strategy, helping translate company ambition into disciplined financial execution. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone excited to build finance from the ground up while operating as a core thought partner to leadership. For the first 6 to 12 months, you're the analyst, the modeler, and the strategist. This role is hybrid to our NYC (NoHo)
