Plant Administrative Assistant Clinton, IL Meyer Utility Structures is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our Clinton, IL plant. The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks supporting multiple departments across the plant, providing comprehensive support to accounting/finance, quality, and supply chain. The successful candidate will also coordinate information and activities with internal team members, third parties, vendors, and/or customers. This position involves data entry, document management, and coordination of paperwork related to incoming raw materials, job/production entry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating both office and plant floor environments.
