To achieve this, ADM requires a strong and dynamic flavors business with a robust portfolio that exceeds customer expectations, while enabling innovation and outperforming competition. The purpose of this role is to define a global sustainable, growth strategy while delivering against the defined financial targets of today (annual Budget, 5y Business Plan) to ensure the business maintains a long-term leadership position in flavors and flavor solutions. Your Responsibilities - Develop the Global Citrus Platform growth strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leadership and key stakeholders, to ensure holistic buy-in and right sized investment to deliver on expectations - Define and align the strategic direction of the Citrus flavors portfolio in collaboration with leading CD+D (creation, design and development), product management and market segment leaders. Leverage prudent investments and drive category leading performance through a differentiated portfolio to achieve growth in a highly competitive market. - Assess and guide the Citrus team on capability needs to materialize the future growth opportunities.
