Milling Technician Utility - Minneapolis, MN Milling Technician Utility - Minneapolis, MN Full-time, hourly position. We are looking for an individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities at our Minneapolis Mill. Assignment - Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to: - Cleaning railcars - Janitorial duties - Assisting operators - Operating a skid steer loader - Assisting with general light duty maintenance - Floor and equipment cleaning using various tools such as brooms, shovels and plant vacuum system Qualifications To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: - Have the ability to follow company safety procedures and exhibit regular and prompt attendance - Have the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: handling prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted - The candidate should be willing to work overtime if needed - Previous plant operator experience is preferred - Starting pay is $23.00/hr with potential for advancement.
