Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Mill department of Rice Mill. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: - Assist Miller in maintenance and sanitation of machinery - Maintain neat and clean work station - Rotate shifts weekly - Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently - Ensuring safe operations - Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures - Assist in completing JSA's - Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. - Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values - Ability to manage a diverse team - Able to communicate with all levels of the organization - Assist in development of SOP's and Work Instructions - Train new hires - Can work overtime each day - All other duties assigned by management Qualifications - Ability work under pressure, well with others - Good attendance. - Basic Computer skills - Must not be afraid of heights - Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures - Respectful, positive attitude - Strong work ethic - Must be self-motivated - Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills - Bilingual is a plus ADM requires the successful completion of
