Machine Operator - Lincoln, NE Machine Operator - Lincoln, NE This is an exempt/non-exempt level position. Position Summary: Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills and aptitude preferred. The plant operates 24 hours per day and successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary. You may be asked to perform other tasks or assigned other duties, not included in this list, which management deems necessary. You may be asked to perform other tasks or assigned other duties, not included in this list, which management deems necessary. Required Skills: Machine Operator position responsibilities include: - Ability to operate a high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently - Ability to perform minor maintenance of machinery including product change overs - Effectively troubleshoot problems - Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors - Accurately and legibly document data for reporting - Responsible for maintaining the quality of production - Watch for and report all safety issues - Follow all GMP and HACCP policies - Able to work in a variety of conditions such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
