About this role

Forklift - Seagraves, TX Forklift - Seagraves, TX This is a full time, hourly position Shift: 5 days & half a day every other weekend. 8 hr shift rotating counterclockwise with the possibility of working 12 hour shifts. $18.00 hourly with $1.50 shift differential when on nights. Job Requirements: To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in forklift operation preferably within an industrial setting - Maintain Attendance record in accordance with company policy - Willing and able to work rotating shifts (8, 10 or 12 hour shifts at day or night) including weekends, holidays and overtime - Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights: bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted - Demonstrate initiative to work independently, while flexible enough to work in a team setting (when needed) - Exhibit a professional image at all times, maintain a positive and respectful attitude - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Job Responsibilities: - Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture - Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM - Pass forklift certification exam, which includes skill test and written test - Transfer packaged product from storage and various filling locations
