Job Duties - Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and simple equipment inspections. - Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools. - Assist senior mechanics with repairs on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and motors. - Complete housekeeping and safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and proper tool use. - Watch for and report all safety issues - Follow all GMP and HACCP policies - Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programs - Understand and follow company safety procedures Requirements - Must be 18 years or older - Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship - Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written) and understand all SOPs - High School diploma or equivalent - Exhibit regular and prompt attendance - Strong mechanical aptitude.
