This role manages daily dispatch activities, coordinates drivers and equipment, and supports ADM's commitment to safety, service excellence, and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the central dispatch team responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring all ADM Trucking movements. - Ensure all loads are assigned efficiently to meet customer and plant requirements while optimizing fleet utilization. - Maintain strong communication with drivers, plant personnel, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure on‑time performance. - Uphold ADM's safety culture by ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, ADM policies, and all applicable transportation standards. - Collaborate with maintenance, safety, and operations to minimize downtime and maintain equipment readiness. - Analyze dispatch and performance data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop and maintain dispatch procedures, driver communication standards, and performance metrics. - Support driver engagement and retention through consistent communication and problem‑solving. - Participate in planning for seasonal demand, equipment allocation, and capacity forecasting. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics dispatch. - Supervisory or team‑lead experience in a dispatch or operations environment. - Strong working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and transportation compliance. - Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), ELD, and GPS tracking tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills. - Ability to work effectively in
