Human Resources Intern HR Focus area: Training and Development Location: Mukwonago, WI onsite work Position Reports to: Director, HR Business Partner, Closures Hours: 40 per week Duration: 4-6 months Looking for a Training and Development professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. The Training and Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and delivery of training solutions for the Aptar Mukwonago location. This role ensures that training programs align with overall business and site goals and reflect the strategic business plan. The Specialist will collaborate with Business Leaders and HR across the organization to understand business objectives and develop strategies for effective talent development of current employees, as well as to build a strong future talent pipeline. This position will involve working with a team of trainers to create, integrate, and deliver technical vocational programs, training courses, and certification classes. Additional responsibilities include supporting succession planning, performance management, organization design, and ensuring the sustainability of training programs. Furthermore, this role will partner with the Site Human Resources Business Partners and the Regional Director of Human Resources to implement these programs for Aptar Closures, NA.
