JOB ELEMENTS & POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to the operations team Execute time studies to find wastes in our manufacturing processes. Participate in Aptar's continuous improvement process by using problem solving techniques Perform root cause analysis to aid in solving problems in our operations Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiencies throughout the plant Support the operations manager in day-to-day tasks to maximize uptime, quality and safety.
