We are seeking an experienced data driven professional to support the planning, financial analysis, and execution of Apple's sports rights including Formula 1, Major League Soccer, and Major League Baseball. The role requires superior strategic insight, comfort with detailed financial analysis, and a solid understanding of subscription business models. The individual must possess the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, external stakeholders, and work with multiple teams at Apple (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Ops, Ads, and Analytics). Oversee cost management for Apple Sports, collaborating with cost centers on budgets, financial targets, and business objectives Conduct monthly reviews of forecasts vs. actuals to identify, investigate, and explain variations, providing actionable insights to senior management Help ensure rights fees and payments to league partners are made on time Analyze critical new business opportunities including sports rights for Apple TV Help optimize the performance of Apple's sports properties globally Develop and own models for key strategic initiatives Monitor industry trends worldwide to identify
