Solutions Engineering Manager Cupertino, United States of America Our team is seeking a passionate leader to manage a Solutions Engineering team for our internal marketing platform utilized across Services in the App Store, Music, TV, Fitness+ and more. In this role you will lead a team of solutions engineers that are responsible for the successful engagement and execution of sophisticated marketing journeys across a wide array of growth marketing and business needs. You will have experience hiring and leading the Solutions function which includes mapping complex marketing plans into engineering integrations in a cross-functional team environment. Our team develops and maintains a platform that requires a Solutions leader to ensure successful utilization across Apple. Partner with mobile developers and growth marketers to architect the integration of internal SDKs with our cloud platform to enable marketing strategies for execution. Your team should be KPI-driven to align your outcomes with the needs of our customers. Success should be measurable with concepts like time-to-value and time-to-launch. Partner with our platform engineering team to improve and provide feedback on APIs and SDKs. Understand any constraints and limitations of the platform to advise partners on successful implementations. Responsible for being the eyes and ears for our Platform Product team. You and your team will synthesize common friction points from our partners and advocate for platform features that eliminate the need for custom workarounds and ensure standards and best practices are followed throughout the company.
