We do this by living on our software, developing defensible opinions on what to build and what to change, having empathy for the countless users in the world who rely on us every day, and protecting them from the people who would exploit that trust. Leading a team of engineers that builds and ships features strengthening the security, privacy, and safety of FaceTime and Phone across iOS, macOS, and beyond. Identifying and driving improvements that protect users from spam, scams, and other abuse across our communication products. Growing engineers into technical leaders who can own complex, cross-functional projects independently. Making sound technical decisions across your team's area: balancing security improvements, user experience, backward compatibility, and release timelines.
