The Apple Health Special Projects team is seeking an accomplished Senior or Lead Designer to spearhead the creation of groundbreaking and visually stunning designs across our products and services. This is a site-based role. We are looking for a seasoned professional who cannot only demonstrate exceptional design prowess but also lead and inspire a diverse team towards excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, an exceptional communicator, and thrives on refining intricate details. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our design direction, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and elevating the overall visual design system. Demonstrate mastery of visual and communication design principles, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team. Lead collaborative efforts with designers, engineers, product managers, clinicians, and data scientists to deeply understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
