Join the AppleCare Enterprise Services (ACES) Product Support Engineering (PSE) group as a Senior Software Quality & Validation Engineer, in this role, you will validate and strengthen Apple's software offerings used in enterprise and education settings prior to release. You will work cross-functionally with Software Engineering and Services Engineering teams, operating in a dynamic environment with groundbreaking technologies to make a difference. As a Senior Software Quality & Validation Engineer, you will test internal and external applications and workflows used by education and enterprise customers. You will create policies, develop repeatable testing processes, and automate test suites while maintaining technical resource documents. Additionally, you will partner with various internal teams to build and manage testing environments from the ground up to ensure the reliability of enterprise-class solutions. Partner with AppleCare customers to understand their essential applications and proactively test them on dedicated devices enrolled in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Manage AppleCare Enterprise labs, ensuring standardization in policies, procedures, licensing, and operations. Collaborate with Software Engineering, Services, Sales, and Readiness teams to ensure common enterprise and education applications function properly during the operating system development cycle.
