They'll work closely with a cross-functional editorial team to create ongoing content meant to attract and engage an audience in social. In partnership with the Editorial lead, help shape and lead the social strategy for editorially-led social presence Leading cross functionally opportunities across the business for cultural, product and values insights around our brand and products Investigating topics around the company for potential stories Briefing and working with creative teams to create content for Instagram Providing expertise on Instagram formats, behaviors, features and trends Conveying strong perspective on what makes great social video Growing and nurturing a community of fans Identifying clear metrics of success on Instagram and learning from them Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years experience in social strategy.
