We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our Wallets, Payments, and Commerce Engineering team. You will provide executive support to leaders in Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with flexibility, good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. You will have the opportunity to have meaningful impact, grow your skills, and have fun in this challenging and exciting role. Provide administrative support for senior leaders and their teams, which includes calendar management, organizing meetings and conference calls, planning and coordinating travel, and developing and executing internal events such as offsites and team building initiatives Support site operations across our local and international offices, including managing floorpans/seating arrangements, coordinating with facilities on maintenance and building operations, and assisting with the enforcement of security and privacy standards Manage AOU hardware equipment and office supplies Process and reconcile credit card purchases (P-Card & M-Card) for
