About this role

Operations Project Manager Cupertino, United States of America Join a team that powers Apple's global ecosystem of developers and partners by enabling the technologies behind millions of accessories used by customers every day. Within the MFi (Made for iPhone/iPad) Program, you will help drive the operational engine that connects Apple innovation to a worldwide network of third-party developers supporting product development, supply continuity, and scalable growth across a dynamic and rapidly evolving market. In this role, you will serve as a key operational leader working closely with cross-functional engineering, technical, and business teams. You will manage a complex, high-value business that spans vendor performance, demand and financial planning, and program execution-requiring strong judgment, business acumen, and the ability to lead through ambiguity to deliver meaningful impact. You will manage the financial and operational performance of a high-volume global business, supporting millions of units per quarter through a network of international distribution partners. This role requires strong ownership of forecasting, supply planning, and execution in a fast-paced environment supporting ongoing product innovation. Manage day-to-day operations and performance of the global distribution network supporting MFi components Lead supply and demand planning, including multiple forecast cycles per quarter and ongoing business trend analysis Drive resolution of supply escalations by coordinating with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional Apple teams Partner with engineering and program teams to support new product introduction (NPI), including qualification and validation milestones Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements to ensure supply continuity and operational excellence Analyze financial and operational data
