In this highly visible and hands-on role, you will lead Operations Engineering efforts in the development of extraordinary Thermal modules, for some of the highest quality products in the world today. Your role will involve assembly and testing process development, manufacturing program management and on-site problem solving, for innovative and state-of-art Thermal modules. You will apply your mechanical manufacturing background in the following areas: Process Development: • Plan, propose and lead experiments to produce timely and accurate analyses used to drive design, development, and supply chain decisions. • Collaborate with Suppliers and Engineering teams in developing the manufacturing and test processes, including process flows, equipment/fixture designs, implementation schedules and validation/maintenance plans. • Use DOEs, FMEA and other Industry-standard tools to actively identify and address risks and optimize process parameters. • Develop robust processes for failure analysis and drive continuous improvement.
