Apple's Facilities Caffe Maintenance Services team is seeking a dedicated and skilled Caffe Maintenance Technician to provide supplemental support for our Austin-based facilities. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational efficiency and maximum uptime of our Caffe facilities by performing preventative and ongoing maintenance on essential mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and cooking systems. You will work in close coordination with the existing Apple site maintenance team, responding swiftly to equipment irregularities, malfunctions, and emergency situations to maintain a seamless experience for our employees. In this role you will: Execute preventative maintenance activities on a diverse range of Caffe equipment to ensure longevity, optimal performance, and minimal disruption to business operations. Perform accurate and timely completion of work order requests, documenting all actions taken. Provide essential refrigeration repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Caffe equipment.
