As a Hardware Engineering Program Manager (HW EPM) you will be responsible for the technical management of the development and implementation process for the Electrical Design and components of one of our Audio Product Design teams. In this role you will drive the day-to-day activities to meet key program objectives focusing on engineering, development planning and validation cycles. This involves engaging with cross functional teams to balance competing objectives, make a difference and embrace effective ways to deliver on the committed timelines. Manage the planning and execution of product prototype builds, leading a cross-functional team of electrical, software, and mechanical engineers. Set and communicate clear objectives for the build schedule, serving as the primary point of contact for the program with Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners. Lead multi-functional engineering team meetings to discuss design scope, set timelines, and ensure timely completion. You'll understand the complexities of system integration and collaborate with teams to facilitate feedback through the internal design review process. Maintain good communication and provide multiple levels of status to individual contributors and executive management. Support product definition and drive closure of architecture and technical opens in early stages of a project.
