We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic leader to manage the End of Term Program for Apple Financial Services (AFS) customers globally. In this role, you will drive technology refresh and upgrade programs and operations for Consumer, Business, Education, and Channel customers - maximizing asset value recovery through a robust remarketing ecosystem. This is a high-impact commercial and operations role requiring strong business acumen, drive for results, and the ability to lead through influence across a worldwide organization. In this role, you will: - Lead and execute end-of-term program strategy globally, leading program operations and driving on-time technology refresh rates and maximizing leased asset recovery - Manage end-of-term operations across both consumer financing programs (e.g., installment plans, trade-in integration) and B2B lease/financing portfolios, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience across all segments
