We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the Worldwide Product Marketing organization. In this role, you work seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure leaders and their teams operate smoothly and efficiently. You are a collaborative team player with a friendly, professional demeanor, able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. You bring a high level of expertise, with years of administrative experience and a strong track record of supporting senior leaders. Provide advanced administrative support to leadership, while supporting the overall needs of the broader team. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts for both in-person and virtual engagements. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Provide administrative support to the broader team, including assisting with scheduling Exec meetings, coordinating conference rooms, coordinating shipping and receiving, catering needs for high profile external guests, escorting meeting guests in and out of secured areas.
