We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product focused Engineering Project Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of software products designed specifically for our Marcom stakeholders. This role is critical in transforming business needs into intuitive, scalable, and impactful software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve employee productivity, and support strategic company goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, product manager, engineering, UX/UI, and cross-functional business teams to deliver products that empower our employees and drive organizational excellence. Project Planning and Execution: Translate project requirements into a detailed, actionable project plan and follow the plan trough execution Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between cross functional and engineering teams. Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, IT, and various business units to ensure a shared understanding of product goals, technical feasibility, and successful execution. Requirements & Prioritization: Ensure detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases are documented.
