About this role

Engineering Program Manager, Siri Attention and Invocation Cupertino, United States of America The Siri team is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to help us build the next generation of Siri. This role will be focused on Siri Attention and Invocation and the next revolution of Siri interaction. As a member of our organization, you will lead teams crafting future products that will delight, inspire, and empower millions of people to leverage the power of AI. In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs and feature areas in Siri across Apple products. You will partner with engineering teams to lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery. You'll collaborate with software engineers, machine learning engineers, and scientists across technical areas spanning the full range of Siri's capabilities. You should bring experience in software development, machine learning, and project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of driving and delivering complex projects. You should demonstrate high integrity and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. As an experienced project leader for various complex and at times highly ambiguous technical projects, you will need to build strong collaborative relationships within the organization, as well as cross-functionally, and confidently and calmly manage any conflicts and challenges along the way. You will be responsible for driving execution, with a keen eye for important details, and communicating status and risks clearly.
